Prof. Yinjie Lei

Sichuan University, China

Yinjie Lei is a Professor and PhD Supervisor at Sichuan University. He is a recipient of a National Young Talent Award, the Sichuan Provincial Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, and the Sichuan Thousand Talents Program. He currently serves as Secretary of the CPC Committee of the School of Cyber Science and Engineering. His research interests primarily lie in multimodal understanding and generation. In recent years, he has led more than 30 research projects, including National Natural Science Foundation of China and National Key Research and Development Program of China. He has published over 80 papers in top-tier conferences such as CVPR, ICCV, and ECCV, as well as in renowned journals including IEEE TPAMI, TIP, and TNNLS. He serves as Area Chair (AC) for ACM MM 2024–2026 and as a Senior Program Committee (SPC) member for AAAI 2021–2026.

Prof. Quanbo Ge

Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China

Quanbo Ge is a “Longshan Scholar” Professor and doctoral supervisor at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. He serves as the academic leader of the Near-Space Environment Application Team at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology under the National Key Laboratory of Near-Space Environment Characteristics and Effects. He has been selected as a Young and Middle-Aged Academic Leader under the Jiangsu Provincial “Qinglan Project.” He also serves as Deputy Director of the Professional Committee on Autonomous Unmanned Systems of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence and Executive Deputy Director of the Professional Committee on Autonomous Unmanned Systems of the Jiangsu Association of Automation. He is an Associate Editor of the International Journal of Systems Science and serves on the editorial boards of Acta Automatica Sinica, Journal of Command and Control, Control Engineering of China, and Journal of Data Acquisition and Processing. His main research interests include state-aware meteorological energy technologies, estimation fusion and machine learning, autonomous unmanned systems, and intelligent testing of aircraft. In recent years, he has led one Key Program of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, one Major Joint Fund Program of the Zhejiang Provincial Natural Science Foundation, two General Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China, two JWKJW major special-project topics, and two Aeronautical Science Foundation projects. He has received numerous scientific research awards, including the Second Prize of the Jiangsu Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2024, the First Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Association of Automation in 2019, the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Progress Award of the Chinese Association of Automation in 2021 and 2024, the Second Prize of the Science and Technology Award of the Chinese Institute of Command and Control in 2022 and 2023, and the First Prize of the Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Technology Invention Award in 2025. He has published or had accepted more than 100 high-quality academic papers in journals including IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control, IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Computers, and Acta Automatica Sinica, and has filed more than 70 invention patent applications.

Prof. Qingjiang Shi

Tongji University, China

Professor Shi Qingjiang holds a PhD from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and is a professor and PhD supervisor at Tongji University. He is also the chief scientist for the National Key R&D Program. His research interests include network system optimization, spatial perception and decision-making, large model intelligent agent technology, and their applications in medicine, operations, and everyday services. He has published over 150 papers in top journals like IEEE TSP and conferences like NeurIPS, ICML, and ICLR, with more than 16,000 citations in total (the highest single paper cited over 2,600 times). He has led projects funded by the National Natural Science Key Fund (2 projects), the National Key R&D Program (2 projects), the GF Basic Strengthening Program, and other national-level projects, as well as technical service projects commissioned by companies and institutes like Huawei and China Electronics Technology Group. His research achievements have won awards including the IEEE Signal Processing Society Best Paper Award, the Second Prize of Zhejiang Natural Science Award (first sequence), Huawei Wireless Product Line Excellent Technical Cooperation Award, Huawei Outstanding Technical Achievement Award, the Second Prize for Huawei Technical Cooperation Achievement Transformation, First Prize of Science and Technology from the China Institute of Communications (Natural Science category), and the Gold Medal at the Geneva International Invention Exhibition. He has been listed as a highly cited scholar by Elsevier for five consecutive years and recognized among the top 2% of scientists worldwide.
