Brief Introduction
Hongchen Liu (Senior Member, IEEE) received the B.S. degree in electrical engineering from Northeast Agricultural University, Harbin, China, in 2001, and the master’s and Ph.D. degrees in electrical engineering from the Harbin Institute of Technology (HIT), Harbin, in 2003 and 2007, respectively.,In 2009, he joined the Department of Electrical Engineering, HIT, as a Lecturer, where he has been a Professor of electrical engineering since 2020. From 2008 to 2012, he was a Post-Doctoral Fellow in measuring and controlling technology and instrument specialty. He has authored more than 60 technical papers published in journals and conference proceedings. His current major research interests include dc–dc converters and inverters in photovoltaic systems, matrix converters, and nonlinear dynamics in power electronics.
Prof. Jianjun Xu

Brief Introduction
Xu Jianjun, as the person in charge of the "Heilongjiang Oil and Gas Information and Control Engineering Science and Technology Innovation Team", focuses his scientific research activities on the fields of "intelligent computing of power systems" and "energy conversion and control technology". He is responsible for more than 50 scientific and technological research projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He has published more than 80 papers in IEEE Transactions, Transactions of China Electrotechnical Society, Journal of Solar Energy and other journals. 8 invention patents have been authorized, and 12 provincial and ministerial scientific research awards have been awarded. Excellent talents in the new century of Heilongjiang Province; Editorial Board Member of the Journal of Electrical Technology; Executive Director of Heilongjiang Instrument and Meter Society.
Prof. Shuaibing Li
Lanzhou Jiaotong University, China
Brief Introduction
Shuaibing Li (Member, IEEE) was born in Gansu, China, in 1989. He received the Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from Southwest Jiaotong University, Chengdu, China, in 2018.,Since February 2019, he has been the PI of the Institute of New Energy Power Systems (INEPS), Lanzhou Jiaotong University, where he is currently a Lecturer with the School of New Energy and Power Engineering. His research interests include information processing, condition monitoring, assessment and fault diagnosis of high-voltage power equipment, and dynamic state estimation of electrical power systems.
